This software is free to download for owners of Sony Memory Cards.

What types of Sony memory Cards can I use with this software?

This software can be used with all Sony Memory Cards, except:

• Memory cards that are not Sony memory cards
• Memory Stick™ for the AIBO® robot
• Memory Stick™ ROM for electronic dictionaries or electronic book readers
• Memory Stick™, Memory Stick PRO Duo™ o Memory Stick Micro™ of the PSP® brand.

Note: if the memory card is damaged or defective it cannot be recovered.

What kind of files can be recovered?

This software supports the recovery of JPG (DCF), MPEG-1, MP4, and other kinds of files, except:

• AVCHD files
• Copywrite protected games, music, and movies.

Note: This program uses the FAT filing system and recovers a file on a memory card, regardless of file format, when possible.

We do not guarantee the recovery of all data. Some files may not be recovered depending on the state of their data.
